The room is clean and the staff is friendly. The bathroom door is one of those barn doors on rollers that first of all doesn’t lock and second of all spontaneously opens because the bar is not level. Just poor design that didn’t start with a guest perspective.
Editing after breakfast. Good breakfast and clean pool. If they only had a functioning door on the room bathroom (it’s kind of important outside of a middle school or asylum), this place would be a winner.
Upon checking in I was met with Doreen, who is absolutely spectacular. She was friendly, fast and just amazing. The world would be a better place with more Doreen's. She made it a point to know your name and to great you by name each time she see you. Rooms were very clean.
We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Waterville, ME from June 8-9, 2023. We were I the area to lay to rest my parents. I called the hotel to see if they could provide a space for a memorial gathering for family. Tiffany, one of the managers, graciously offered us the breakfast room. During our stay, we found the rooms, public spaces, and bathrooms to be extremely clean! The staff was amazing and went out of their way to accommodate us. We are very thankful!
Easy location, friendly staff, clean rooms. In town for a concert, very much meets my needs. Doreen is worth a mention. Great asset to this property
It's always nice at a hampton..this one is a nice stay. Lots to do and places to eat within 5miles or across street. The service desk was so nice it felt like you are always there. That's a nice feeling. Easy on and off I95.if your looking for a stay..look no more.
